At Delta Dental, our employees are at the heart of our corporate citizenship efforts. Each year, hundreds of employees enthusiastically raise money, read to children, pack backpacks, donate food and school supplies, assist at oral health events, and read grant requests—and that is just the beginning!

National Reading Month Employee Readers
Employee readers visit classrooms during National Reading Month (March) to read to students and deliver oral health goodies to teachers and children.
Pack a Smile
Employees donated much-needed school supplies to fill more than 1,725 backpacks for underserved children as they started the 2018-2019 school year.
Take a Bite Out of Hunger Employee Food Drive
Employees donated more than 27,450 food items to area kitchens/food banks during the 2017 holiday season. For every food item donated by employees, Delta Dental donated $1 to community outreach food programs in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.
